We live in a world full of hate
because everyone seems to discriminate
to know the whole story seems impossible
for the world to be perfect isn't very probable

money is the ruler of the world
it beats out religion and the guy named lord
follow the leader of the country
for he is the trainer and we are the poultry

the world ain't so perfect
and that's a fact
there are lies from our leader
so we aren't in tact
maybe it wasn't anyone's fault
but people are dying everyday
and leaders won't explain why it's happening
It's just another game for them to play

War! War! War! War!
is that all we hear anymore?
Is there no easier way?
of course not, War is the American way!

We fight outside our countries borders!
Even though war is still in our corner!
Poverty, Hatred, Dying youth
but to us those are no worse then pulling a tooth.

Oh the phillies! what to say about them except they stink! they absolutly stink! and now Brett Myers is beating his wife...
we have injuries and we have no catcher! We have no pitchers either. with Brett Myers in trouble he might have to come out of the rotation too. so now we are working with Madson, Hammels, Mathieson, and Lidle! And if Myers comes out of the rotation then well were talking another rookie in there or Condrey who is doing ok but isnt blowing anyone away! our season is over and it may be time to have a fire sale and get rid of everyone except Utley and Howard and Rowand who have been the semi-consistent players!

Also David Bell is probably one of the more consistent players on the phillies! now consistent means he's bats .260-.270 which is not great but hey its better than Jimmy Rollins whos batting what .263 but most of the year batting .250 and he's our LEAD OFF MAN! But everyone boo's Bell cause he makes a few errors and looks funny.

Lieber and Wolf are injured and Wolf doesnt look like he's comming back real strong from the Tommy John surgery! We probably should have kept Padilla but we didnt know how bad we were gonna be at the begining of the year!

If Ryan Howard goes to the home run derby this year hopefully he won't turn out like Bobby Abreu did last year and not hit a ball till june of the next year!

The Phillies need a change but it won't do them any good this year cause we've already dug ourselves into a whole we can't get out of!

Stress & Pressure & Too Much Work

It is in my expierences in school that more and more kids become depressed or lazy because of the pressure and work loaded on by parents and teachers. Parents excpect A+ work no matter who the teacher is. The teacher excpects all your work to be handed in no matter how much else work you have from other classes. Kids find themselves so overwhelmed that they either panic and become depressed and get low grades or they start to not care because they just can't keep up with all the work and pressure. On more than one occasion I have had 3-5 projects due in one week. This means constant working at home rather than being able to live a life. Rather than spending time with freinds us kids constantly worry if we have an assignment that is due tommorrow. We think we have some free time for a week and we end up having 2 projects given too us. We already walk up 5 flights of stairs with 20 pound book bags. All the stress that we go home with doesn't help at all. I come home more tired everyday and many times with a headache. I have had 3 migranes this school year most likely from stress. Maybe this is what the teachers intend for the students but if they don't they are clearly oblivious to the health and welfare of the kids they teach.
